Tencent's Tang Daosheng: Harnessing engineering capabilities is a crucial variable for the landing of AI.

On March 27th, at the Tencent Cloud Shanghai Summit, Tang Daosheng, Senior Executive Vice President of Tencent Group and CEO of Cloud and Smart Industries Business Group, said that the implementation of AI is not just a matter of algorithms, but also an engineering challenge. Under the same model capabilities, different harnesses will affect the actual effectiveness of AI implementation. Tencent Cloud is enhancing the model implementation capabilities from multiple dimensions. First is the Tencent Cloud Intelligent Agent Development Platform (ADP), which connects intelligent agents to a professional "library" through the capabilities of RAG and knowledge base, allowing industry experts to be online all the time and continuously accumulate the company's operational knowhow. Next is Claw running in the safe sandbox of the Agent Runtime, serving as the neural center of this intelligent system. Claw continuously learns and accumulates the ability to connect to external systems by discovering and downloading skills from the skill library, and uses large models to send and receive commands externally, triggering actions. This Agent Runtime sandbox solution can also be used for validating the results of reinforcement learning programs, with the ability to launch over ten thousand container sandboxes within 1 minute and a startup speed in milliseconds, which are destroyed after use, greatly improving the efficiency of reinforcement learning training.
