20 "Prohibitions"! Setting a red line for basic education, the Ministry of Education releases a list of negative practices.

Today, the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the implementation of the annual action for consolidating the standardized management of basic education. It will focus on five core aspects: educational equity, daily management, school governance, campus safety, and educational ecology, and carry out special consolidation actions to continuously regulate the behavior of basic education. The notice puts forward 20 negative lists, focusing on six categories of issues such as affecting political security, affecting educational equity, affecting students' physical and mental health, causing excessive academic burden, teacher misconduct, and infringement of the interests of the masses, and specifies prohibited behaviors.
