KKR sells data center cooling business, deal valued at $4.75 billion.

On March 25th, local time, private equity giant KKR announced the sale of data center cooling business company CoolIT to ArtKang, worth $4.75 billion, with expected returns of about 15 times the original investment. KKR acquired a majority stake in CoolIT in 2023, when it was valued at around $270 million.
