US oil opens 1% lower, US stock futures rise

In early trading on Friday in the Asia-Pacific region, international oil prices fell, with WTI crude oil down 1.00% to $93.531 per barrel. US stock index futures rose, with Dow Jones index futures up 0.19%, S&P 500 index futures up 0.21%, and Nasdaq 100 index futures up 0.21%.
