On March 26, Coolpad Group responded to the investigation that independent non-executive director Guo Jinghui is under by the Shenzhen Municipal Supervisory Committee. A staff member of the relevant department of Coolpad Group told reporters that Guo Jinghui is a non-executive director of the company and is not responsible for specific business operations. At present, all business operations of the company have not been affected. The company is currently coordinating and communicating internally regarding Guo Jinghui's position and responsibilities and will make necessary arrangements.
