Jiangxi Nanchang plans to introduce new policies for the real estate market: Those who exchange homes in the next two years can enjoy personal income tax refunds.

On March 25, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, issued a public announcement soliciting opinions from the public on "Notice on Promoting the High-Quality and Healthy Development of Real Estate in Our City". The draft for soliciting opinions shows that it will promote the land transfer of high-quality residential projects. To improve the mechanism of linking land transfer with the de-inventory cycle of housing stock, in the process of land transfer for commercial housing, the "competition for quality" and "competition for design" land transfer methods will be implemented. The ecological landscaping design, clean energy utilization, green building materials, green construction, operation and maintenance services, etc., will be included in the construction agreement for high-quality residential projects. The construction agreement will be announced together with the land transfer plan, and the successful bidder will sign the construction agreement with the housing and urban-rural development department or the local government before signing the land transfer contract. The construction will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the construction agreement.
