Longyun announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, Duan Peizhang, directly holds 23.0943 million shares of the company, accounting for 24.74% of the total share capital. On March 25, 2026, he released the pledge of 2 million shares, representing 8.66% of his holdings and 2.14% of the total share capital; on March 23, he pledged another 2 million shares to the Shihezi Center Branch of Xinjiang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., accounting for 8.66% of his holdings and 2.14% of the total share capital, with the funds used for production and operation. After this operation, Duan Peizhang has pledged a total of 10.5 million shares, accounting for 10.93% of the total share capital and 45.47% of his total holdings, with controllable pledge risks.
