Many cities have adjusted and increased the amount of housing provident fund loans, increased support for families with multiple children and for purchasing green or prefabricated housing, relaxed the application conditions for converting commercial personal housing loans into housing provident fund personal housing loans, etc., fully leveraging the role of the housing provident fund in supporting housing consumption and reducing the burden of homebuyers. Over the past month, Shenzhen, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Yangjiang, Zhaoqing, Qingyuan, and Yunfu have issued new housing provident fund policies and measures.
