Tai Lin Biology announced that a meeting will be held on March 25, 2026 to review and approve the profit distribution plan for the year 2025, which still needs to be submitted for annual shareholder approval. The plan proposes to distribute a cash dividend of 0.3 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital on the equity distribution registration date, without bonus shares or capitalization. Based on the total share capital at the end of 2025, a cash dividend of 3.636 million yuan is proposed. A semi-annual dividend of 12.1199 million yuan was already implemented in 2025. If this plan is approved, the cumulative cash dividend for 2025 will be 15.7559 million yuan, accounting for 95.57% of the net profit for the year.
