Recently, the Leo Group held talks with the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan. During the meeting, the two sides focused on discussing the production of modern pump equipment and the development of water management infrastructure. They also deeply explored topics such as building pump stations based on the PPP mechanism and establishing a professional science and technology park focused on advanced engineering solutions. The Uzbekistan side stated that the country is currently advancing the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy, with modernizing irrigation systems and efficient use of water resources as core tasks. They urgently need to introduce advanced technology and financial support to promote the upgrade of water infrastructure. Therefore, Uzbekistan has enacted PPP-related regulations to encourage foreign investment in infrastructure construction, providing a good policy environment for cooperation between the two sides.
