Guangdong: Strive to build over 50 distinctive and prominent production-oriented service industry agglomeration areas by the end of 2026.

The General Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Coordinated Development of Manufacturing and Service Industries in Guangdong Province by 2026". The plan proposes to cultivate and construct high-standard platform carriers. Deepen the integration innovation and large-scale application of "5G + Industrial Internet", cultivate industrial product e-commerce platforms, shared manufacturing centers, digital transformation platforms and other productive Internet service platforms. Attract well-known domestic and foreign productive service industry enterprises to establish regional headquarters or functional branches in Guangdong. Encourage industry associations, industry alliances, and other social organizations to build platforms for the integration of manufacturing and service industry supply and demand. Establish a cross-regional industrial chain collaboration mechanism within the province, promote industrial collaboration, scientific and technological innovation cooperation, and service sharing in the Pearl River Delta region, and accelerate the construction of a cross-regional industrial collaboration pattern of "headquarters R&D design in the Pearl River Delta + manufacturing in the east, west and north of Guangdong". Strive to build more than 50 distinctive and prominent productive service industry agglomeration areas by the end of 2026.
