Gu Jinxu, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, stated at the "Investment Beijing 2026 Conference" on March 25 that the bureau will issue and implement a development plan for high-end industries to promote Beijing's transformation into a globally influential emerging industrial hub. In terms of ensuring all elements of the industry, Gu Jinxu stated that they will improve industrial investment, encourage various funds to invest early, invest in small amounts, invest for the long term, and invest in hard technology. They will coordinate the use of eight government investment funds at the billion-level to guide and mobilize social capital to participate in investing in high-end industries. Support financial institutions in innovating financial products, deepen cooperation between industry and finance, and carry out investment institution partnership programs.
