China Life: Intends to jointly establish a partnership enterprise with related parties with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan.

China Life Insurance announced that the company plans to invest 2.8 billion yuan to jointly establish the Fujian Xinxin Science and Technology Innovation Relay Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise with Fujian Provincial Government Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Fuzhou City Jintou Industry Investment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Jinhong Zhiyuan Industry Investment Co., Ltd., and Fuzhou Herui Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise. All partners are expected to contribute a total of 4.0154 billion yuan. China Life Jinshi Asset Management Co., Ltd. will act as the managing partner of the enterprise. It is expected that the company will enter into agreements with related parties before December 31, 2026. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
