As of March 24, 14,100 shares have been reduced, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, with a reduction price range of 55-71.5 yuan/share, and a total reduction amount of 88.1044 million yuan. After this equity change, Aopeng Partnership's shareholding has decreased to 11.35%, which will not result in changes to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will not trigger a tender offer.
