Yang Weiqun is removed from the position of Deputy Director of the State International Development Cooperation Agency; Zhang Yu is removed from the position of Deputy Director of the State Organs Affairs Management Bureau; Huang Liuquan is removed from the position of Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, as well as the position of National Security Technology Advisor of the Macao Special Administrative Region Maintaining National Security Committee; and Li Guo is removed from the position of Deputy Commander of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
