Xi'an Tourism announced on March 25 that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific investors by Xi'an Tourism Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has reviewed the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific investors and determined that the application documents are complete, and decided to accept them. This issuance of shares to specific investors by the company still needs to be reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
