The Industry and Information Technology Department of Shenzhen recently issued the "Action Plan for Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Server Industry Chain in Shenzhen". The plan proposes to support the accelerated application and iteration of domestic GPU, NPU, CPU, DPU and other core chip products, forming a complete industry ecosystem. It also encourages the research and industrialization of high-performance computing chips based on the RISC-V architecture, the development of high-speed Ethernet switch chips, PCIe/CXL switch chips, etc., and promotes technology iteration and performance improvement. Support the research and application of third-generation semiconductor power devices, support the development of scenario-specific power supply solutions, and strategically layout next-generation power semiconductor technologies.
