On March 24th local time, the US government presented a conflict resolution proposal to Iran through Pakistan containing 15 conditions, covering nuclear program, missile capability, and regional issues. Allegedly, the US demands include: dismantling existing nuclear capabilities, committing not to develop nuclear weapons, prohibiting uranium enrichment on its own soil, transferring about 60% of highly enriched uranium stockpile, dismantling nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow, and allowing full inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Additionally, the US also requests Iran to stop supporting armed allies in the region, prohibit providing funding, command, and weapons support, limit the scale and range of ballistic missile programs to defensive purposes only, and ensure the Strait of Hormuz remains open. As an exchange condition, Iran may receive complete lifting of international sanctions, US support for its civil nuclear projects, and the cancellation of the "snapback sanctions" mechanism. It is understood that the US is considering pushing for a one-month ceasefire to further negotiate the above terms. The proposal is being promoted by Trump advisors including Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff. On the same day, Israel reported that the US is intending to propose a one-month ceasefire plan to discuss a 15-point agreement with Iran aimed at ending the war. On that day, influenced by the situation in the Middle East, international oil prices fluctuated, reaching a low of $87.88 per barrel.
