CNNC Technology: Director Mu Changkun resigns for personal reasons.

China Nuclear Energy Technology Corporation announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from non-independent director Mu Changkun on March 21, 2026. He resigned from his position as a director due to personal reasons and will not hold any positions in the company after his resignation. His original term was until 2029. His resignation will take effect from the date it is received by the Board of Directors and will not result in the number of directors falling below the legal minimum. The company will soon complete the election of new directors. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mu Changkun did not hold any shares and had no unfulfilled commitments.
