At the 2025 performance release conference of CITIC Bank, Chairman Fang Heying disclosed that over the past five years, the proportion of non-interest income in the bank has increased by 9.3 percentage points, and the net profit in 2025 has grown by nearly 3%. He proposed to stabilize income and reduce costs to open up profit space, emphasized managing the balance between liability business volume and price, and improving the deposit structure. In terms of risk control, he plans to build an effective risk control system and allocate provisions of 66 billion yuan each year. Looking ahead to 2026, he proposed to optimize development strategies with the "Three-three Strategy" as guidance.
