Shareholding information from Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Wuhan Yongding Optoelectronics Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yongding Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., both subsidiaries of Yongding Group.
