The company was established in February 2023, with Gao Xinhua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 625 million RMB. Their business scope includes software development, artificial intelligence software development, artificial intelligence application software development, and automotive parts research and development. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Junming Technology Partnership Enterprise. According to media reports, last year, Chery's smart driving company Dazhuo Intelligent was rumored to have laid off employees and merged into Chery's research and development center, but Dazhuo Intelligent later denied the rumor.
