Shadow Stone Innovation has issued a statement regarding recent media reports. The company noted that the media reported that DJI has filed a lawsuit in the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court involving 6 patent ownership disputes, with several former DJI developers being implicated. As of now, the company has not received any lawsuit materials. After internal investigation, it was found that the employees involved had joined the company within one year after leaving DJI, and the patent applications they submitted as inventors were the result of independent innovation during their employment at the company, and the research and development process was legal and compliant. The company emphasized that not disclosing the inventors' names in the patents involved was done in accordance with laws and regulations, and the patents in question are not core or significant patents of the company, therefore, it is expected that they will not have a significant impact on the company's production, operation, financial condition, and future development. The company will continue to monitor the progress of the case and fulfill its disclosure obligations as required by law.
