Shenzhen Stock Exchange announcement that Lifecube Technology Co., Ltd. has triggered the conditions for delisting as stipulated in Article 10.5.1, the first item of Article 10.5.2, the sixth and seventh items of the "Growth Enterprise Stock Listing Rules" of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to the regulations of this Exchange and the deliberation opinions of the Listing Review Committee of this Exchange, it is decided that the company's stock will be delisted, and it will enter the delisting consolidation period from March 31, 2026. The duration of the delisting consolidation period is fifteen trading days.
