Shenzhen's foreign trade import and export in the first two months of this year exceeded 824.2 billion yuan, reaching a new high in history for the same period.

In the first two months of 2026, the total import and export value of Shenzhen reached 824.23 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 37.3%, reaching a historical high for the same period. Among them, exports were 494.36 billion yuan, an increase of 35.5%; imports were 329.87 billion yuan, an increase of 40%. Electrical and mechanical products remain the "ballast stone" of Shenzhen's foreign trade. In the first two months, Shenzhen exported 360.17 billion yuan of electrical and mechanical products, an increase of 30.6%, accounting for 72.9% of the total export value; imported 253.42 billion yuan of electrical and mechanical products, an increase of 33.4%, accounting for as high as 76.8%. The import and export of electronic components and computer components closely related to artificial intelligence increased significantly by 37.1%, reaching a total of 316.69 billion yuan, contributing 38.3% to the city's foreign trade growth. Exports of green, low-carbon and distinctive advantage products are growing rapidly. The export of "new three items" products reached 21.56 billion yuan, an increase of 43.7%; exports of drones, 3D printers, and digital cameras are growing rapidly.
