In November 2025, some residents reported encountering "black intermediaries" when renting a house in a certain residential area in Beijing. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the criminal organization structure, personnel situation, and criminal methods, the police organized a concentrated operation and successfully captured Wang and several other criminal suspects. Currently, those involved have been criminally detained in accordance with the law.
