According to the data from Shanghai's online real estate market, from March 9th to March 15th, the transaction volume of second-hand houses in Shanghai reached 7,233 sets, an increase of 27% compared to the previous week, setting a new weekly transaction record since 2021. From the monthly data, as of March 18th, Shanghai's cumulative second-hand house transactions in March reached about 16,700 sets, with an average daily transaction of over 920 sets. Data from the Shanghai Lianjia Research Institute shows that compared with the same period last year, this year's second-hand house transaction volume in Shanghai has increased by 15%.
