Multiple airlines have introduced a policy of free ticket changes for price fluctuations, allowing passengers to get a refund if they purchased their tickets at a higher price.

In response to complaints from passengers about issues such as ticket price markups, opaque refund and change fees, and price fluctuations when purchasing tickets through certain third-party channels, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines recently issued a notice to protect passengers' rights and interests, and introduced multiple measures to ensure ticket purchase protection.
