This week, ICE UK natural gas futures rose by a cumulative 18.55%, with the European session closing at 151.500 pence per therm on Friday, having risen to 180 pence on March 19. TTF benchmark Netherlands natural gas futures also rose by 16.80%, trading at 59.355 euros per megawatt-hour, having reached 72 euros before the European session on March 19. ICE EU carbon emission trading permits fell by 2.34%, trading at 66.24 euros per ton, having dropped to 61.86 euros on March 19.
