At the "Clear Pudong River 2026" Network Ecological Governance Ten Launch Ceremony held on March 20th, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Internet Information Office upgraded and released the "Enterprises Involved in Infringement Information Processing Service Package 3.0". In recent years, focusing on optimizing the business environment on the internet, the Municipal Party Committee Internet Information Office has continued to strengthen policy advocacy and provide good services to enterprises. In 2024, the "Enterprises Involved in Infringement Information Processing Service Package 1.0" was released, which initially introduced the process and channels for enterprises to complain and report infringement information, and published typical case analysis to help enterprises improve their awareness of safeguarding their rights; In 2025, an upgraded version 2.0 was launched, which subdivided the channels for accepting reports of infringement involving enterprises, displayed process charts by category, provided targeted guidance on blind spots and misunderstandings in the materials submitted by enterprises, and helped enterprises improve the efficiency of handling infringement information.
