Hualan Group announced that the company plans to transfer its 61.40% equity stake in Tibet Hualan to Hualan Import and Export for 2.3639 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Tibet Hualan, and Tibet Hualan will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and within the approval authority of the General Manager's Office, it does not need to be submitted for approval by the Board of Directors or the Shareholders' Meeting.
