Shanghai Electric Power Company: The sale of 100% equity of Huangshi Supply Chain has completed industrial and commercial registration.

Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. announced that, in order to focus on its main business, its wholly-owned subsidiary Huangshi Hushi Electronics Co., Ltd. sold 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Huangshi Hushi Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. to its related party Huangshi Lianhong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for RMB 9.7045 million. As of the date of this announcement, all parties involved in the transaction have fulfilled their respective obligations, and the equity change registration procedures of Huangshi Supply Chain have been completed.
