Zhejiang: Guide and urge employers to establish a sound annual leave plan management system. Starting from the beginning of the year, coordinate and arrange for employees to take turns to take vacations.
The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province and three other departments recently issued a notice on further implementing the paid annual leave system. The notice proposes to improve the management of annual leave plans. Local authorities should guide and urge employers to establish sound systems for managing annual leave plans, formulate rotating vacation plans for employees, and coordinate arrangements for employees to take turns off starting from the beginning of the year. Once the plan is determined, employees should follow the unified arrangements of the employer unless there are special circumstances.
