Sunshine Nutraceuticals: Noritsu and Shinleta signed a cooperation agreement, with a maximum of 725 million yuan in sales milestone payments.

Sunshine Nuohe Announcement: Nuohe Shengtai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed a "Technology License and Cooperation Development Agreement" with Shenzhen Xilantai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Xilantai has obtained exclusive licensing rights in the Chinese market for all indications related to STC007 active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations. Nuohe Shengtai will receive a total of up to 125 million yuan as an upfront payment and R&D milestone payment, and may also receive cumulative sales milestone payments of up to 725 million yuan, as well as sales royalties.
