Shanghai Futures Exchange released the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Settlement Business Guidelines", "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Foreign Exchange Business Guidelines", and "Shanghai Futures Exchange Asset Disposal Business Guidelines for Margin".

On March 20th, the Shanghai Futures Exchange issued a notice regarding the release of "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Settlement Business Guidelines," "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Foreign Exchange Business Guidelines," and "Shanghai Futures Exchange Asset Disposal Business Guidelines for Margin." In order to serve the high-level opening of the futures market and support the internationalization process of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, regulate members' management of foreign exchange, cross-border settlement, and disposal of foreign exchange funds as margin, the Shanghai Futures Exchange has formulated the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Settlement Business Guidelines," "Shanghai Futures Exchange Member Foreign Exchange Business Guidelines," and "Shanghai Futures Exchange Asset Disposal Business Guidelines for Margin," which are now being released and will be implemented from March 20, 2026. The "Shanghai Futures Exchange Guidelines for the Disposal of Marketable Securities as Margin" is also repealed at the same time.
