On March 20, it was learned that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance recently issued a joint notice on doing a good job in the employment of young people, including college graduates, in 2026. The notice puts forward 16 policy measures to fully promote the employment of college graduates and other young people. In terms of exploring and expanding employment channels, the notice specifies the implementation of the private enterprise employment promotion action, focusing on advanced manufacturing, modern services and other industries, exploring the employment potential of industry-leading enterprises, specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises, organizing human resources specialists to visit enterprises and expand positions, gathering more suitable employment opportunities for college graduates and other young people. It also guides college graduates to help the economic development of county-level areas, places with conditions may increase policy support for college graduates who are employed in small and micro enterprises in counties and towns. Meanwhile, the implementation of employment and entrepreneurship policy implementation actions, making good use of social insurance subsidies, tax and fee reductions and other policies, promoting the quick enjoyment of policy benefits, motivating enterprises to hire more college graduates. The fifth round of the "Three Supports and One Assistance" plan has been launched to encourage localities to develop local grassroots service projects based on actual needs. Combining the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, grassroots governance and other needs, expanding job resources, and enhancing the employment capacity of urban and rural grassroots.
