China Duty Free Group: Completed the distribution and issuance of 8,937,600 new shares on March 19th.

China Duty Free Group announced that, according to the share subscription agreement signed on January 19, 2026, the company completed the issuance and offering of 8,937,600 subscribed shares on March 19 at a price of HK$77.21 per share, representing 7.68% of the total number of issued shares before the relevant event. After the issuance and offering, the total number of issued shares of the company is 125,321,100 shares.
