Solar energy and China Communications Construction Co establish a technology company with energy storage technology services.

According to the Qichacha APP, Zhongjie Energy Solar Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Lu Xiqing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, energy storage technology services, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, and leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment. Equity penetration displayed on Qichacha shows that the company is jointly owned by Zhongjie Energy Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy, and China Communications Construction's wholly-owned subsidiary, China Communications Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
