Boying Special Welding Announcement, recently, Boying Vietnam, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has officially signed a "Land Lease Contract" with SAO DO Investment Group Joint Stock Company. Boying Vietnam leases the land use rights of the CN19 block in the Non-Tariff Industrial Park in Nanting Wufei, Vietnam, with a total area of 62,455.85 square meters, and the lease term is from the date of signing the "Land Plot Transfer Memorandum" to May 6, 2059. The land lease price is 310.25 million Vietnamese dong per square meter, with a total land lease amount of 1937.67 billion Vietnamese dong.
