According to the Hainan Daily, recently, the first pile of the 100,000-ton public grain and oil terminal project of Guotou Yangpu Port was successfully driven into the ground, marking the key stage of construction of Hainan's only specialized grain and oil terminal. As an important part of the Yangpu International Hub Port, the Guotou Yangpu Port 100,000-ton public grain and oil terminal project has a total investment of 997 million yuan, with the construction of a new 100,000-ton public grain and oil terminal berth, a shoreline length of 316 meters, and the simultaneous construction of two approach bridges. The project's designed annual throughput is 4.5 million tons, including 4 million tons of grain loading and unloading and 500,000 tons of vegetable oil, which can fully meet the docking and efficient operation needs of large grain and oil vessels. Once completed, it will fill the gap in the docking capacity of large grain and oil vessels over 50,000 tons at Yangpu Port.
