Zhejiang Shaoxing Real Estate New Policy: Families with three or more children are eligible for a maximum subsidy of 400,000 yuan.

On March 18th, Shaoxing held a symposium on the city's urban development in 2026, announcing and interpreting the city's latest real estate support policies. The first of which is to strengthen housing protection for sanitation workers. The new policy will also focus on nine aspects such as subsidies for families with multiple children buying houses, upgrading housing consumption vouchers, trade-in old for new, house-for-land exchange, and housing provident fund benefiting people's livelihoods, to further promote the healthy development of the real estate market. The policy will continue to support families with multiple children buying houses, providing a maximum subsidy of 200,000 yuan for families with two children and 400,000 yuan for families with three or more children. The policy is not restricted by household registration, marriage, or existing property ownership. As long as children are born during the policy support period, they can apply before the end of this year, following the order of application "limited quota, first-come-first-served, until exhausted."
