The National Development and Reform Commission organized the national-level iconic significant application scenario project application work, planning to launch about a hundred projects with leading and driving roles.

On March 19, it was learned that the National Development and Reform Commission is working together with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to organize the application for national-level landmark major application scenarios projects. It is planned to recommend a batch of comprehensive and high-value application scenario projects by departments, local governments, and central enterprises, and release about 100 landmark projects that have a leading driving role in list form to the society. It is understood that a number of major application scenarios have already been included in the project list. For example, promoting the joint creation of modern agricultural scenarios by key agricultural enterprises, research institutions and local governments, building multi-province linked clean energy corridors, constructing full-space unmanned systems scenarios, opening up deep-sea development scenarios, promoting the construction of elderly care service scenarios in areas with a high degree of aging population, and supporting the creation of cultural tourism scenarios for a number of key scenic spots.
