The Ministry of Finance plans to issue 2026 book-entry fixed-rate bonds with interest for the first time. The bonds to be issued this time are 10-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bonds. The total face value of competitive bidding for the issuance of bonds this time is 185 billion yuan, and no additional bidding is conducted by Class A members. The face interest rate of the bonds issued this time is the same as that of the same period bonds previously issued, which is 1.75%. The issuance date and repayment arrangement of the bonds issued this time are the same as those of the same period bonds previously issued. Interest will begin to accrue from February 25, 2026, and will be paid every six months on February 25 and August 25 each year. The principal will be repaid on February 25, 2036, along with the final interest payment.
