According to the Qichacha APP, Zhongke Xingtong Konghai Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yang Yang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of intelligent UAVs, sales of service consumer robots, manufacturing of service consumer robots, manufacturing of radars and related equipment, and maintenance of civil aircraft. Shareholding transparency data on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Zhongke Xingtong.
