Anxin Fund: Guotou Securities acquires 5.93% equity stake held by CNNC Finance in the company.

Anxin Fund announced that Guotou Securities and CGNPC Finance signed an equity transfer agreement. Guotou Securities acquired a 5.93% stake in Anxin Fund held by CGNPC Finance. This equity transfer does not affect the shareholding proportions of other shareholders. After the transaction, Guotou Securities, Minmetals Capital, and Foshan Shunde Xinpai Trading Co., Ltd. respectively hold 39.88%, 39.84%, and 20.28% of Anxin Fund's shares. CGNPC Finance no longer holds any shares in Anxin Fund.
