Bubble Mart collaborates with Sony Pictures to film a live-action animation movie of LABUBU, with Long Jia promoted to executive producer.

On March 19, Pop Mart and Sony Pictures jointly announced the latest progress of the LABUBU movie. Both sides will develop a live-action animated film based on Pop Mart's IP image THE MONSTERS, using a combination of live-action scenes and CGI. The movie is planned to be directed and produced by Paul King, who previously directed the "Paddington Bear" series and the blockbuster "Willy Wonka", with THE MONSTERS artist Long Jiasheng serving as executive producer. In addition, Paul King will team up with Steven Levitan to serve as the screenwriter of the film.
