From March 12 to March 17, 2026, through centralized bidding, a total of 58 million shares of the company were reduced, with reducing average prices of 5.84 yuan/share, 5.11 yuan/share, and 5.63 yuan/share, accounting for 0.9914% of the total share capital and 0.9992% of the share capital excluding repurchased shares. After the reduction, the remaining shares held are 235 million, accounting for 4.0486%.
