Jinlv Environment: Establishing an investment fund partnership enterprise.

Jinlv Environment announced that the company has signed a "Xuancheng Xuanzhou District Jinlv Cornerstone Equity Investment Fund Partnership Agreement" with Tibet Tianji Cornerstone Venture Investment Co., Ltd., Xuancheng Xuanzhou District Industrial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and Xuancheng Xuanzhou District State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd., jointly investing in the establishment of Xuancheng Xuanzhou District Jinlv Cornerstone Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. The total subscribed capital of the investment fund is 200 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, has subscribed for 80 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 40% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise.
