After the reduction, Huang Song holds 66.6859 million shares, accounting for 4.99999%, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5%. Prior to this, Huang Song had pre-disclosed a plan to reduce his holdings by up to 13.3372 million shares from March 16, 2026 to June 15, 2026, accounting for 1%. This equity change does not trigger a tender offer and does not affect the company's controlling rights and governance structure.
