On March 18, Tencent's latest financial report revealed that as of December 31, 2025, Tencent Group had a total of 115,849 employees, an increase of over 5000 from 110,558 in 2024. Tencent's total salary cost for 2025 reached 130.7 billion yuan, an increase of approximately 15.9% compared to 112.8 billion yuan in 2024. Based on this calculation, the average annual salary cost per Tencent employee is approximately 1.128 million yuan.
